Important Announcement

As we aim to solidify the group, Key members headed by Giovanni Durano (Vans) the current
President along with John Raymund Mata (Janjan) the current Vice President called for a meeting last September 26,
2022, 8:00 pm at El Garaje, Danao City, Cebu. Various points and future plans have been raised and discussed which
was agreed upon on that night. Here are the details and lists of what have been discussed.

 REVISION OF BYLAWS – This is to impose structure and regulation of the club. This will be
discussed further in the future meetings.
 SEC REGISTRATION – This is to legitimized the club. This will be discussed in future meetings.
 MEMBERSHIP FEE – This is to ensure member commitment to the club and will also serve as the
club’s start up treasury.

Key members who attended the meeting agreed to have 1,500PHP (One thousand Five Hundred
Pesos) as one-time membership fee. It is also agreed that membership fee can be paid in staggered
term with the initial payment of 500PHP (Five Hundred Pesos) and the remaining balance be paid on
monthly basis. Only members who have successfully paid the membership fee will be recognized as
official members of the club.

 MONTHLY DUES – This is a member commitment duty to the club that will ensure the growth of
GCK treasury aside from the club’s fund raising activities. The key members agreed to have 100PHP
(One Hundred Pesos) as monthly due to the club.
 ATTENDANCE & PENALTIES – It is agreed that official club meetings will be scheduled once
every 2 months on the 2nd Sunday. Attendance will be checked strictly. Failure to attend the official
meeting will have 200PHP (Two Hundred Pesos) as member penalty fee to the club.
 OFFICIAL IDENIFICATION CARD (ID) – Official members will be given with club ID photo.
This will serve as proof of membership.
  MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS – It is agreed that official members using their Club ID can enjoy
various benefits. Examples:
*Discounts to member business.
*Stud fee discounts
*Official Club merchandise
*Club Cooperative
 CLUB COOPERATIVE – This will be one of the fund raisers for the club which members and non-
members can benefit where they can borrow money from the treasury. Details will be discussed in
meetings.
 YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES – Here are the list of proposed activities for 2022 – 2023.
1. Dog Show
2. Dog walks
3. Club anniversary
4. Christmas party
5. Fund raising activities
6. Activities along with Danao City LGU’s
7. Feeding program
 ELECTION – Election for the new set of Club Officers will be held at Guinacot, Danao City, Cebu.
Date will be announced. Only official members are allowed to be elected.

we put extra efforts in making this club enjoyable and at the same time allows us to build connections to other
