AGENDA ITEMS
1. Detailing the public material for campaign posters:
a. Start the publication material per year level with one page of introduction.
b. right side complete the statement,
c. tag line ng election #ReadyToDoubleRuleWithYou,
d. One posting only,
e. Ensure the applicants are not shuffled.
2. Voters are already not needed to present registration form to avoid inconvenience.
Student number may do.
3. Delegation of vote counters ar as follows:
a. 2nd year - Kaye Sy
b. 3rd year - Poala Hannah Mateo
c. 4th year - Alyanna Grace Bernardo
4. In case of just a sufficient number of applicants, they would still need to garner votes, for
the sake of formality.
5. Verifying applicants that have input incorrect credentials.
6. Reviewing the virtual ballot.
7. Action for insufficient number of applicants by extending the application period until
August 22, 2022.
8. Presentation of Election Result spreadsheet.
