Annex 2.1: Initial Contract Activity Review (ICAR) Checklist

1.0 Objective: To ensure user is following the ICAR requirements using structured checklist.
Review team shall add the additional requirement which related with applicable legal or other authority
requirements when is required.

2.0 Required contractor shall be completed the checklist as per stated below:

3.1 This table shows the minimum requirement for Initial contract activity review before the mobilization of
contract at Kuantan Port.
