Subject: Letter of Explanation for Previous Refusal for Re-consideration for Academic Visa for application
number.

Most Respected Sir / Madam,

My name is Nikhil Prem Rajnani, I was refused for academic visa for September 2022 intake. I applied for the
study permit to IRCC on 29th of April 2022 after 3 months of waiting. I got refusal on 1st August 2022 from CPC
Edmonton.
I was enrolled in the Regulatory Affairs Science Non Co-op program at the Algonquin College, Woodroffe
Campus Ontario for September 2022. I received my letter of acceptance from the DLI and had also paid the fees
to the institution in totality. After having complied with all the required pre-requisites from education institute.
My application was refused from the following grounds as I received refusal letter from IRCC, Edmonton,
Alberta, Canada.

Reason for Refusal:

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided
in your application.

Justification for refusal:

To justify, my aim was only to study, get the knowledge so that I can explore more out to my boundaries for my
better work career in India. Earlier, I have applied for the Regulatory Affairs Science Non Co-op program course
to Algonquin College, Woodroffe Campus because of increasing demand of Regulatory Compliance Officers in
India was in high demands. To cope up with, high management skills I have opted that program. However,
application was refused by Visa Officer.
As a bona fide student, this time I would like to address the reasons the officer concerned mentioned for the
refusal to the best knowledge and understanding for the same with a request to kindly reconsider my
application and grant me approval this time.

Justifications Highlighted by Bullet Points

Motivation / Relevancy:

To commence with, I would like explain that Adopted Course was fully suitable to my profile. Because, of my
Previous work experience, job responsibilities and, recent education.
Since after completing my graduation from Mumbai University, India. I started my career into grounds. I was
employed with “Unichem Laboratories” on the post of “Clinical Business Associate” in August 2018 and I worked
here to December 2015. My job responsibilities were to Arranging appointments with Doctors, Pharmacists and
Hospital Medical Teams, Making presentations to Doctors. Keeping up-to-date with the latest clinical data
supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during
presentations and Attending company meetings, analyze data, prepare reports and technical data presentations
and briefings.
After that, I went to pursue Masters and then started working with “Macleods Pharmaceutical” on the post of
“Research Associate”. My job responsibilities were to develop new formulations and their corresponding
manufacturing processes that is scalable to commercial production, Records observation on product and
process characteristics during experimental trials and propose changes to improve compounding procedure
based on observations.
To explain, pharmaceutical industries are expanding with latest technologies and methodologies. To cope up
with high demanding skills, I opted that program. To explain, with clearer picture, After the Coronavirus
pandemic all medical healthcare and pharmaceutical organization for biotechnology for medicine productions
in India are working on new projects and experiments to cope up with deadly viruses. As, India is associated
with International group such World Health Organization. Therefore, getting stucked with limited education
and boundaries was not enough to beat career level and help for the development for my home country.
Organizations are associated with international bodies, therefore thought comes to my mind to pursue higher
studies in International College in Canada.

Superiority of the course:

As, I mentioned in afore paragraph that Domestic Education was limited at certain boundaries. I chosen this
program because this course comes with superior subjects and beyond expectation skills that would be highly
make benefit to my future prospective and valuable contribution to my home country.
Subjects such as Regulation Theory, Scientific Communication for Public Policy, Science and Risk Assessment in
Regulation and, Project Management. I made my research and found that these subjects would be benefit to my
career for long run in India.
As, I was associated with pharmaceutical companies in earlier times as mentioned below and currently
connected with education institute as a Visitor Facility.

Not Leaving Canada because of strong family bonds and responsibility towards parents:

My intention of coming to Canada is solely based on gaining a state of an education that is best for me and my
future. I have no intentions of staying back and I am totally determined to return and make a living in my home
country, India for the following ground / reason:
I have always had a strong sense of family in my life. My parents, my siblings, and my father and mother are my
rock. They allow me to take this course overseas. Being the son I have a responsibility of taking care of them as
they do not plan to come to Canada and as a son I cannot put aside my responsibilities. They have been growing
older now and are on medication now. My father is a hypertension patient ad my mother is an asthmatic and
hypertension patient. Hence, I want to be around and cannot be away from them for long. Our family is quite
close-knit, therefore and this draws me back to my roots in India. As a result, after finishing the course and
receiving my certification, I will return back in India peacefully.

Future Plans with clear path:

After the completion of my program in Canada, I fully intend on returning to my home country in India and
expanding my pharmacy research, more advanced levels with a dream of becoming a Regulatory Executive in
coming years. The skills and knowledge I will gain after the successful completion of my program at the
Algonquin College will help me achieve my goals along with the financial backing from my family. Along with
this, I had already published 2 research article, 1 patent under my name and wrote 3 book chapter which are
under review, aimed at educating people on outline of malaria research, cannabis applications and microbes
metabolites in India.
Up until now, I have only worked as an employee and have never taken the responsibility for the overall
business of an establishment. Graduating under this program will help me to polish my skills in regulatory
aspects, taking into consideration all the factors that are required for the efficient administration of the
company in India.

Proof of establishment and Financial Stability:

My tenure in Canada will be sponsored by my family in its entirety. This is supported by an affidavit that states
the above-mentioned facts. The signed affidavit is attached to this application.
Secondly, my college tuition fee, a sum upwards of 18,600 (first year) Canadian Dollars has been entirely paid
in advance. Also, the cost of living for my tenure in Canada will be covered through a GIC (Guaranteed
Investment Certificate) worth 10,000 Canadian Dollars. A copy of my GIC certificate has also been attached to
this application.

Study Plan Justification:

The chosen study plan was comprehensively reasonable to my work experiences, job responsibilities and,
recent education which headed me towards to choose this course in the field of Regulatory Affairs Science.
Course comes with superior subjects, I am having several years of experience in same pharmaceutical field,
study plan comes with uniqueness to handle pharmacy field in well-organized manner with high standard of
regulatory skills so that I can plan and manage well in Multinational organizations in India.

Pay-back of invested money:

As, I have worked several years and saved money some money for my higher education. Additionally, my
parents are also supporting me financially during my stay in Canada. I am investing huge money on higher
education because of superiority of chosen course. After completing the education from Canada, I will come to
my home country to serve my home country better with high skills.
Regularity Officers are earning INR 9, 00,000 to 11, 20,000 per year in India and invested cost would be covered
in 2-3 years. If, I weighing against invest amount, it would be covered shortly within few years.

At the end of the day, I would like to express my request to you for re-consider my application for academic visa
for one year. I am single, my family is well established and sufficient funds available for livelihood.

My aim was to get the higher education from Canadian education institute because Canada is well known for its
higher education standards and quality of education is higher among the world. Getting higher education from
overseas would open my gates for long run job benefits in India for me and help me to reaching the heights as
well.

I present my student visa application for your kind consideration this time, I assure you that I will utilize the
opportunities wisely and be an asset to Algonquin College during my stay in Canada.
