Title: A Proposed Two- Storey Private Beach House

Design Problem:

Ms. Malico bought a 800 sqm lot beach front located @ San Fernando La Union. Her goal is to build a
two-storey beach house for her family. She wishes to have a panoramic view of the beach along with an
outdoor pool and with a complimenting Mediterranean design from the interior to the exterior of the house.
She also firmly stated that their privacy is important from outgoing tourists from the beach.
