CONDITIONS

In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean

Hafidh trading as Zaghmoto Photography. “The clients” shall be those
persons defined as bride and/or groom or other on the form above. These
terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless such
conditions are expressly agreed by the photographer in writing.

1. PAYMENT
• 30% non refundable down payment for booking the photo shoot date.
• The balance payment is required seven days before the photo shoot.
2. DISPLAY
• The client(s) here by allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph
covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in
advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.
3. COPYRIGHT
• The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images
to the photographer.
4. FORCE MAJEURE
• In the very unlikely events of cancellation by the photographer or of total
photographic failure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees
paid.
• The photographer will endeavour to put the client(s) in touch with another
photographer in the event they are unable to attend on the wedding date
due to any cause beyond their reasonable control e.g. sudden illness,
injury, victim of crime, flooding, traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown etc.
5. AFTER THE DAY SHOOT
• All soft file be send between 2-3 days after shooting by e-mail.
• We will choose the edited photos because we don’t want you overhelmed
by the amount of unedited photos. Please don’t worry, our team are more
capable to shorting the best photo to edited.
• For all our work (up to printing) will take a maximum of 1 month.
