Guests are requested to proceed to our Waiting Area at the Waterfront Davao Insular Hotel for boat transfers

No Food and Drinks allowed, but chips, cake or water is free of charge.
FOOD FEES & OTHER CORKAGES:
 Lechon (30 kgs and below) : Php 3,000.00 per item
 Lechon (over 30 kgs) : Php 4,500.00 per item
 Alcoholic beverages : Php 1.00 per ML

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 Rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge and 12% Government Taxes
 Full pre-payment is required and must be settled on or before the prescribed option date
 Reservation under this promotion is non-refundable, however can be rebooked twice if advised at
least 3 days prior to arrival.
 Proper Swimming Attire is to be observed in both the Fresh-water and Salt-water Swimming Pools

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. PRE-PAYMENT: The Resort requires full pre-payment for each reservation, to be settled on or
before October 25, 2022.

2. MODE OF PAYMENT:
 Cash, credit card, and company or manager’s checks are accepted.
 Cash payment may be deposited to our bank account.

 Check payments shall be accepted only if dated at least 5 working days prior to check-in date.
Check deposits will not be accepted.

3. CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY

 Cancellations received 6-10 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations received 3-5 days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the
reservation.
 Rebooking of the reservation may be done with no Rebooking Fee.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY

1. Negative Antigen Results

This is required for non-vaccinated guests. Results must be within the 48-hour window prior the
arrival.
Guests can also choose to avail of the resort's saliva or nasal antigen test, to be administered upon
arrival at the parking lot of Waterfront Davao Insular Hotel. Price is at PHP 800.00nett per person,
for ages 18 years old and above.

For fully vaccinated guests, antigen tests are not required, however, guests must send their
vaccination cards upon booking.

2. We will process also your SAMAL QR Codes. We will need your valid government-issued photo IDs
which indicates your birthdate and address, as well as the front and back copy of your vaccination

PET POLICY
 DAY TRIP BOOKING INVOICE

1. Pet owners have to submit a copy of their pet’s updated vaccination record upon reservation. This
must also be presented as well upon arrival at the resort.
2. Pets must always be leashed, especially when strolling around the resort.
3. Pet owners should not leave their pets unattended and must assume full responsibility in cleaning
up after their pets.
4. Pets will be allowed inside the rooms and outlets of the resort, however, any damage to resort
property shall be paid for by the pet owner.
5. Pets that are aggressive, in heat or sick are not allowed to enter the resort.
6. Maximum of one (1) pet per guest.
7. Chema’s By The Sea reserves the right to refuse entry to any pets if deemed necessary due to public
health and safety of our guests and other pets.

RENOVATION
The Resort reserves the right, upon giving reasonable notice to the Company to close any part of its facilities
and to carry out such repairs, renovation/s and upgrades to the Resort from time to time and at any time as
it deems fit in its absolute discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Resort shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein
directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, acts of government, strikes, riots,
and Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the Resort.

DATA PRIVACY
I hereby authorize the Hotel to use the personal information to be provided to process our reservations,
requests, payments, and to transfer the said information to computer systems in order to ensure high quality
service and proper management of the hotel.

ACCEPTANCE

In order to confirm this rate agreement, please affix your signature on the space provided below and return
a copy to the Resort within 5 working days upon receipt, otherwise this agreement will be considered null
and void. You may also send the signed copy, scan and send to reservations@chemasbythesea.com.ph.

The Authorized Signatory acknowledges that it must meet the foregoing commitments to retain the
preferential rates. The Resort also reserves the right to refuse confirmation in the event of rate disparity.
The Resort reserves the right to collect any Incidental Charges incurred during the stay/event.

The Resort reserves the right at any time by giving notice in writing to cancel this Agreement should the client
fail or disregards to fulfill the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
