1. INTRODUCTION
The project jobster with landing you a job is pilot project designed for the job seekers to
gather opportunities from various sources and distribute it to needy people with high
requirements. The Software is designed to handle the daily process of the finding talent and
Search for details when required as well as keep track of recruiters. It also helps to register the
details of recruiter, job seeking details as well as reports. All things are been stored and seen
in this job seeking system. To help more people find best to do so.

1.1 OBJECTIVE
1.2
Jobster is a social recruiting platform that helps companies source, screen, and hire top talent. The
platform enables companies to post jobs and receive applications from job seekers. Jobster also allows
companies to search for candidates, message them, and track their progress through the hiring process.
The ultimate goal of jobster is to help companies hire the best candidates for their open positions.

1.3 IDENTIFICATION OF NEED

Jobster is an online platform that helps businesses connect with the right candidates for open
positions. By using Jobster, businesses can post job listings and receive applications from a
pool of qualified candidates. Jobster also allows businesses to search for candidates based on
specific criteria, such as location, skills, and experience. This makes it easy for businesses to
find the perfect match for their open positions.

Main module of the project:

Jobster is a job search and career management platform that helps job seekers connect with
employers and find their ideal job. The platform offers a variety of features and tools to help
users manage their job search, including a personalized job search engine, job
recommendations, and a career coach. Jobster also offers a variety of resources to help users
prepare for their job search, including resume and cover letter builder, interview tips, and a
salary calculator.

1.3 PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION

Jobster is a social media platform that enables users to connect with potential employers and
employees. The platform also allows users to post their resume and apply for jobs. We
conducted a preliminary investigation of Jobster and found that the platform is user-friendly
and has a lot of features that can be useful for job seekers. However, we also found that the
platform is not very popular and does not have a lot of active users.

1.4 PROBLEM DOMAIN

The problem domain of Jobster is finding a job.

1.5 SOLUTION DOMAIN

 The solution domain of Jobster is job seeking and career management.
 Concept.
 Coordination.
 Control.
 Culmination.
 Closeout.

1.6 PLATFORM SPECIFICATION

The overall description describes the full requirements of the Job Seeking system. The
requirement of the system is according to the client’s point of view. In which requirements all
the things are included that are necessary for the clients.

1.6.1 HARDWARE

2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS

Jobster is a social recruiting platform that enables businesses to find and hire the best talent. It
does this by connecting businesses with the right talent through its powerful search engine
and social media platform. Jobster also offers a variety of tools to help businesses manage
their recruitment process, including job boards, applicant tracking, and candidate
management.

2.1 INFORMATION GATHERING

In order to better understand the needs of our users, we conduct regular information gathering
sessions. During these sessions, we ask users questions about their experiences using Jobster,
what they like and don't like, and what features they would like to see added or changed. This
helps us to improve the Jobster experience for everyone.

2.1.1 FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•Login of admin.
•Recruiter.
•Change the login password of the admin.
•Register the user by himself.
•Register the user by system admin.
•Login of the user.
•Change the login password of user.
•Change personal, contact details by the user himself.
•Change personal, contact details by the system admin.
•Withdraw reg. details by the user.
•Withdraw reg. details by the admin.
•Send job seeking details to the relevant user.
•Send job reports.

2.1.2 NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A Characteristic of a quality SRS is that in addition to describing the functional requirements
of a system, it will also provide detailed coverage of the non-functional requirements.
In practice, this would entail a detailed analysis of issues such as availability, security,
usability, and maintainability. However, as this document is only an outline specification, It
doesn’t contain the same degree of rig our that would normally be expected in a formal SRS.
Therefore, these actions below should be seen as indicative rather than providing specific (i.e.
Testable) requirements.

2.2 SYSTEM FEASIBILITY

The feasibility study is made to see if the project on completion will serve the purpose of the
organization for the amount the work, effort, and time spend on it. A feasibility study lets the
developer see the future of the project and its usefulness. A feasibility study of the system
proposal is according to its workability, which is the impact on the organization, ability to
meet their user needs, and effective use of resources. As the name implies, a feasibility study
is used to determine the viability of an idea, such as ensuring a project is legally and
technically feasible as well as economically justifiable.

2.2.1 OPERATIONAL
Proposed projects are beneficial only if they can be turned out into information systems. That
will meet the organization’s operating requirements. Operational feasibility aspects of the
project are to be taken as an important part of the project implementation. Some of the
important issues raised to test the operational feasibility of a project include the following:
 Is there sufficient support for the management from the users?
 Will the system be used and work properly if it is being developed and implemented?
 Will there be any resistance from the user that will undermine the possible application
benefits?

This system is targeted to be in accordance with the above-mentioned issues. Beforehand, the
management issues and user requirements have been taken into consideration. So there is no
question of resistance from the users that can undermine the possible application benefits. The
well-planned design would ensure the optimal utilization of the computer resources and
would help in the improvement of performance status.

2.2.2 TECHNICAL
The technical issue usually raised during the feasibility stage of the investigation includes the
following:
 Does the necessary technology exist to do what is suggested?
 Do the proposed types of equipment have the technical capacity to hold the data required to
use the new system?
 Will the proposed system provide an adequate response to inquiries, regardless of the
number or location of users?
 Can the system be upgraded if developed?
 Are there technical guarantees of accuracy, reliability, ease of access, and data security?

Earlier no system existed to cater to the needs of the ‘Secure Infrastructure Implementation
System’. The current system developed is technically feasible. It is a web-based user interface
for audit workflow at NIC-CSD. Thus it provides easy access to the users. The database’s
purpose is to create, establish and maintain a workflow among various entities in order to
facilitate all concerned users in their various capacities or roles. Permission to the users would
be granted based on the roles specified. Therefore, it provides a technical guarantee of
accuracy, reliability, and security. The software and hard requirements for the development of
this project are not many and are already available in-house at NIC or are available as free as
open source. The work for the project is done with the current equipment and existing
software technology. Necessary bandwidth exists for providing fast feedback to the users
irrespective of the number of users using the system.

2.2.3 ECONOMICAL
A system that can be developed technically and that will be used if installed must still be a
good investment for the organization. In the economic feasibility, the development cost in
creating the system is evaluated against the ultimate benefit derived from the new systems.
Financial benefits must equal or exceed the costs. The system is economically feasible. It does
not require any additional hardware or software. Since the interface for this system is
developed using the existing resources and technologies available at NIC, There is nominal
expenditure and economic feasibility for certain.

IMPLIMENTATION
Software implementation is the stage process at which an executable software system is
developed. Software design and implementation activities. – Implementation is the process of
realizing the design as a program. For an implementation process to be successful, many tasks
between different departments need to be accomplished in sequence. Companies strive to use
proven methodologies and enlist professional help to guide them through the implementation
of a system but the failure of many implementation processes often stems from the lack of
accurate planning in the beginning stages of the project due to inadequate resources or
unforeseen problems that arise. Implementation is the carrying out, execution, or practice of a
plan, a method, or any design, idea, model, specification, standard or policy for doing
something. As such, implementation is the action that must follow any preliminary thinking in
