THE BENIFITS OF SPORT:
• Sport considerably reduces depression and anxiety. It
strengthens the bones, heart, muscles, the entire cardio-
respiratory system. It increases self-confidence and self-
satisfaction. Considerably reduces the effects of stress.
Improves physical resistance and mental concentration. It
helps the coordination of movements, the sense of
balance and the flexibility of the spine and the mobility of
the joints. It invigorates sexual activity. I was learning new
things. We develop healthy habits related to nutrition,
