Dear Selller,

My name is Brendly Kieth M. Dumaguio. I would like to file a complaint about


my order, last week on October 16, 2022. I ordered the latest model of a
phone and made a fifty percent payment of the price through a bank. You
promised to deliver the product to me brand new.

Earlier today, I received the order and opened it immediately. I was surprised
when I saw a second hand phone instead of a brand new one. I am very
disappointed with your services especially on how you handle a product like
this.

I am thinking that this is an unintentional mistake that should not be tolerated


so I am taking action to ensure that this will never happen again to me and to
your other costumers. I have been your regular costumer and I expect quality
service from you and request that this issue must have an immediate action.

To resolve this problem, I would appreciate if you will pick up the order here
and replace it with a brand new phone or give me the refund for the product
instead.

I am looking forward to your response regarding this issue and a resolution to
