Activate company e-mail on your iOS device

Mobile device management via Intune.
Intune is the mobile device management (short: MDM) tool used within Nutreco. This MDM
tool enables Nutreco to protect your company data. When enrolled, it will facilitate you in
accessing your company mail, calendar and other apps containing company data securely.
This QRC will guide you through the enrolment process.
Note: prior to following this QRC, make sure Microsoft Authenticator (and the Okta verify app)
is set up for your account. Follow these setup links for according QRC’s Authenticator / Okta
Verify App

Installing and setting up Intune Company portal app.

• Go to the app store and search for “Company Portal”.
• Tap on “Get” and install the app.

• Once the app is installed open it.

• Fill in your company email address and
click “Next”.
• Sign in at the Okta authentication page with
your company email address and password.
• Verify your login with the Okta Verify app.
• Also verify your login with MS Authenticator app.

• At the page “Set up Nutreco access” tap “Begin”.

• Review privacy information and tap “Continue”
then tap “Continue” again.
• Tap “Allow” in order to download the configuration
profile.
• A notification will inform you that the profile
download was successful. Tap “Close”
• Close the Company Portal app.

Installing the company management profile

• Go to the “Settings” app.

• Select “General”.

• Scroll down and tap “Profile”.

• Click on “Management Profile”.
• In the top right corner press “Install”
• Enter your device’s passcode when prompted. And click "Install".
• At the warning page, click “install” in top right corner.

• Tap “Trust” in the Remote Management pop-up.

• Now when you open the “Company Portal” app,
• You will come on your page. From this page you can
• Install apps and see your device details.
