Customer Representative:

Work Performed: Called out to location due for engine being down and not starting. Engine was down due to Cetarus driver pulli
location and signed in with Chevron safety and went and spoke with the rig manager. I was told of the wires be
side. I went out to unit and plugged into ECM and checked for any alarms. There were no alarms related to this
start signal would never come on and prelube countdown would not start. I checked to make sure the starter r
checked to see if there were any faults in there and there was not. I pulled power from PDB and let it do a rese
engine and again there was no start signal. I opened the panel up and began checking for any loose wires on th
back in the start sequence and checked for voltage. I found that the start relay was fried, from the incident wit
house. I replaced the relay and ensured all wiring was tight. I went and put engine through the start seequnce
monitor parameters and everything was looking pretty good. Cleaned up tools and left location

ne was down due to Cetarus driver pulling wires from VFD house. I drove out to
rig manager. I was told of the wires being pulled out and that they had fixed the VFD
ms. There were no alarms related to this incident. I attempted to start the unit but the
rt. I checked to make sure the starter rolled over and it did. I opened up the PDB and
led power from PDB and let it do a reset. I again went and attempted to start the
