Issue
You receive an installation error when attempting to install your product using ESET Live
Installer
Install an ESET product using ESET offline installers
Install an ESET product on a computer with no Internet connection
Downloading the installation file (.exe) for a previous version of your ESET Windows
home product

If you receive an installation error when using the ESET Live Installer, follow the instructions
below to download and install your ESET Windows home product using the offline installer.

1. Determine which installation package to download.

2. Download the latest version of the offline installer below. Always create a new folder for an
installation package and Save or move the installer to this folder before running it.

ESET Smart Security Premium

This content applies to an ESET product version that is currently in Limited
Support status and is scheduled to reach End of Life status soon.

By downloading an earlier version of this product you explicitly agree to the terms
and conditions of the new End-user license agreement in your language.
Otherwise, download and install the latest version of this product.

3. When the download is complete, click Run to begin the installation, or navigate to the
download file and double-click it to begin the installation.
