SUBJECT : LACK OF TIME-IN RECORD FOR MORNING

SHIFT DATED JUNE 22, 2022

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Atty. Villaseran,

Good Day!

This Letter is in connection for lack of time-in record for June 22, 2022. The
undersigned logged on the biometrics at the time of 8:34am but to no avail, it was not
recorded on the system nor did I write on the log book for assumption that it was duly
recorded. I did receive a warning that the new biometrics may not properly record an
employee/intern time in but due to the volume of the queue at that time, I logged my
time in at the new one. In the afternoon, I logged out at the old biometrics, hence,
appearing at my record.

In regards with this, I will diligently log my attendance on the old one for this not to
happen again

Thank you very much!

Respectfully yours,

EDMUND EARL TIMOTHY H. BURDEOS III
