This is to seek approval from your office regarding the conduct of Work Immersion
Orientation for Grade 12 Students. As stipulated in DM-CI-2020-00085 Re: Guidelines for
Work Immersion During Crisis Situation. Work Immersion for Grade 12 Learners will be based
on the Most Essential Learning Competencies in their areas of specialization and the execution
must be flexible due to the onset of the COVID 19.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that we will be conducting a community-
based orientation for our Grade 12 students to disseminate information regarding the conduct of
their Immersion which is a Culminating Activity. Rest assured that the conduct of orientation
will strictly follow health protocol in terms of physical distancing and other concerns such as
wearing of face mask vaccine card, checking their temperature and alcohol.

Our deepest appreciation to your kind approval regarding this matter. Attached herewith
are the mapping of students and the barangays where we will conduct immersion.
