Re: Permission to use Loyola campus’s premises for SQC UDAAN games tournament
Respected Father,
The sports club of SQC UDAAN for Bachelors and Masters is conducting indoor games tournaments for
boys and girls from 1st November 2022, Tuesday to 4th November 2022, Friday. Our tentative schedule
includes indoor games like Table Tennis, Badminton and Dodge Ball which we intend to play on Loyola
premises, thus we require your permission to carry out the scheduled activities. The details of the activities
are as follows:
1. Badminton
2. Table Tennis
3. Dodge Ball

In this regard, we are seeking your kind support and we would like to humbly request for your
permission to use Loyola campus’s premises to conduct our tournament for the above mentioned dates.
