Sub: Request for information under RTI- Act 2005- Application Reg.

Sir/Madam,

I Karthik Eswaran Son of Jayaraman residing at No.86, First Floor, South

West Boag Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600017, wish to seek information, under
the RTI Act, 2005. The information needed pertains to the Chennai
Metropolitan Development Authority, as per details given below:-

1. On what basis the Document No.104 of 1990 of Book 1V, registered at

Sembium Sub-Register office by Smt.Amutharaj in favour of
Mrs.S.Nanda Kumar?

2. The above said Power of Attorney Document No.104 of 1990 is for the
property document No.689 of 1989 registered in the office of the Sub-
Registrar of Adyar, and at the time of registration have you checked
the property document No.689 of 1989?

3. Document No.689 of 1989 registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar

of Adyar is a perugudi property, and to this document
Smt.S.Amutharaj is not having any right, then how could you register
a power of attorney?

4. What is the schedule of property of Document No.689 of 1989

registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar of Adyar, and the power of
Attorney Document No.104 of 1990 of Book IV registered in the office
of the Sub-Registrar of Sembium?

5. Whether the power of attorney given in favour of S.Nanda Kumar by

Smt.S.Amutharaj is correct, and whether S.Amutharaj is having a
valid title over the document no.689 of 1989 of Book I registered in
the office of the SRO Adyar?

6. If Smt.Amutharaj’s above mentioned power of attorney is registered on

error/mistake, Have you taken any action on the above said
document no.? If not why you have not taken any action against the
 said registered Power of Attorney document No. 104 of 1990 of Book
IV registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar of Sembium?

7. It is certified that I am a bona fide Citizen of India.

8. It is certified that I do not fall under the category Below Poverty Line
(BPL).

9. I have affixed the required amount of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only)

towards application fee (herewith).

10.Further, I also undertake to pay any additional fees/charges (if

applicable) as prescribed under the RTI Act and or relevant Rules.
