1 cup milk

1 egg

2 1/4 tsp yeast

1/4 cup (50g) sugar

3 1/4 cups of flour

1 tsp salt

butter

Procedure
Mix all the ingredients
Put the 1 cup of milk first then the egg the yeast and then the sugar then after you mix it put the
flour in the wet mixtures and the salt after mixing the dry and wet ingredients cover it for 10-20
minutes and after covering it mix the butter with the dough then transfer to a lightly floured counter
and knead until smooth and elastic you know your dough is ready for proofing when it is elastic and
not tearing when stretched after that form it into a ball and place in an oiled bowl cover it for 1 hour
or until doubled in size
