COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, SARAH B. DE GUZMAN, of legal age, married, Filipino and a

resident of Brgy. 123 Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, after having been duly
sworn to according to law hereby depose and say that:

1. That on June 21, 2017, at about eight o’clock in the morning, in the
residence of the complainant in Brgy. 123 Lower Bicutan, Taguig
City, Philippines, the said respondent did then and there willfully,
unlawfully, feloniously, and by means of taking of personal
property, committed THEFT, upon the undersigned directly by
overt acts;

2. The respondent ROBERTO CRUZ of legal age, married, Filipino

and a resident of Brgy. 125 Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, visited our
house, looking for my husband, Ronald De Guzman, saying that
they have a friend to meet that day of June 21, 2017;

3. I let the respondent enter our house and asked him to stay in the
sofa of our living room while waiting for my husband;

4. I asked the respondent whether he wants something to drink

while waiting for my husband;

5. When I was preparing the drink for the respondent while waiting,
I have found out that my Gucci wallet containing cash amounting
to ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00),various IDs and credit cards
and my cellphone, Iphone X, that I left at the table near the sofa
were gone.
 6. That I am very much sure that no one has entered our house
except the respondent.

7. Upon inquiry with the accused, he denied having taken these

mentioned personal properties. However our CCTV camera
located inside our house shows that the respondent stole the
abovementioned personal properties amounting to P100,000.00.
The CCTV footage is attached as Annex A

8. The undersigned executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness

of the foregoing facts and to support the filing of Criminal Cases
against Roberto Cruz for violations of Article 308 of the Revised
Penal Code for the crime of THEFT.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 30th day of
