OCTOBER HALF TERM – STUDENT TRAVEL PLANS

This document is to be completed by all students of The School of Ballet Theatre UK to confirm their travel plans during the
October half term, 2020.

Students are to complete the form and return to the School Office via email (Julie.Phayre@BTUKschool.com) by Thursday 9.00am
at the latest to provide staff time to process before the end of the school week.

All students should be aware of what current restrictions are in place in their home town/district/region/country and discuss with
their families what the best course of action would be regarding returning home for the break. Students are able to remain in their
student accommodation during this time if this is considered the safer option. Students should also consider the rise in infection
rates in their home town/district/region/country and potential changes to current restrictions which may include travelling out of
the area. This may result in students not being able to return to student accommodation and should form part of your decision
making when planning for the half term break. Likewise for our international students anyone returning home should ensure they
are aware of the quarantine requirements when they return to the UK and know this CANNOT be done in student accommodation
and would need to take place in a hotel or similar. Any costs incurred would be the students responsibility and no reimbursement
would be provided due to nights spent away from student accommodation due to quarantine plans.

consideration potential and personal consequences that may arise due to travelling home during the half term break.
