At St. Luke’s, I created a computer skills curriculum and list of standards that each grade
level should complete. This included project ideas and resources/applications for grade
levels.

At Presentation, I created an after-school homework program. Students from all grade
levels were welcome to come to my classroom for a quiet place to work, and the
opportunity to ask a teacher clarifying questions. Older students were asked to provide
tutoring to younger students for community service hours. I also created a group called
WEBSITE
http://martinez2022.weebly.c the “God Squad”. Their job is to spread joy throughout the school year, learn more about
om God, and be an example of God’s love on Earth. At the end of the year, they compete in a
decathlon with all other catholic schools in the diocese.

EDUCATION
University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA
I maintained a 4.0 in all major-related courses, was a leader in a fraternal organization
and a student chapter of ASCD and received honors my freshman year for maintaining a
4.0 GPA. I received a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in Education in 2013.

I received my preliminary multiple subject teaching credential in 2019.

DEVELOPMENT
- Classroom Management: I have attended multiple classroom management
seminars, professional development opportunities, and read multiple books on
the topic. I enjoy implementing different strategies and behaviors based on the
needs and interests of my class.
- Differentiation: I frequently research different differentiation strategies, attend
virtual professional development opportunities, and read books on different
strategies. I feel it is important that I continue to learn and improve my
teaching practice so that I can best support and guide my students.

HOBBIES/
INTERESTS
I enjoy going for walks with my family, reading, singing at church, and traveling with
friends and family.
