PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF DISEASE (PROHIBITION ON GATHERING)

REGULATION

I hereby exercise the power conferred on me by section 4(1) of the Prevention and Control of
Disease (Prohibition on Gathering) Regulation (Chapter 599, sub. leg. G) to specify, for the
purposes of section 3(1) of that Regulation, the period of 14 days from 3 November 2022 to
16 November 2022 in relation to the prohibition on a gathering at a public place other than
Cap.  599F  premises and a gathering at any Cap.  599F premises in relation to which a relevant
requirement or restriction is not complied with.
The above specification takes effect on 3 November 2022.

Note:—
Cap. 599F premises means any premises in relation to which a  direction issued under section 6
or  8 of the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and
Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599 sub. leg. F) is in force.
