Before entering the classroom, parents are encouraged to:

 wear face mask.
 Undergo mandatory temperature checking.
 Step on footbath, and do hand sanitation.

1. Implementation of Limited face to face

 Opening of classes August 22, 2022

 Limited face to face meaning bahinon ang students into 2 groups SET A and SET B
 Week 1 SET A mag face to face, while SET B mag modular, pulihanay na dayon.
 Ang klase mag sugod (face to face) 7:40 – 12:00 (half day), then afternoon activities given by the subject
teachers.

2. Requirements for Entry to School

 Naa tay ginatawag na gate pass nga ihatag sa students. Yellow ang sa SET A then Pink ang sa SET B,
ipakita ni siya upon entry sa school during sa iyahang schedule.
 Ang gate pass nay nakasulat na name sa student, grade/section and signature sa adviser.
 Base sa guidelines sa DepEd regardless kung vaccinated or unvaccinated ang student pwede ra sila maka
skwela.
 Attendance will be check
 Parents remind lang me sa mga sienna sa inyong students. Mga bawal:
 Sleeveless, spaghetti, croptop, miniskirt, shorts tattered jeans, nay slit, ug uban pa nga dili appropriate
na suot.
 Colored hair bawal pod both male and female,
 Male students must observe proper haircut.

3. Distribution and Retrieval of Parental Consent

 Mag fill-up ang parents as a proof nga sila nag tugot nga mo tungha ilang anak ug pamaagi sa Limited face to
face.
 Sabton ug basahon pag ayo ang waiver before mag sign.

4. Other matters

 Kung ang inyong anak nay ubo, sipon, kalintura, dili nalang sa pa anhion sa school
 Reminder pod sa mga forms (birth certificate, form 137) sa mga transferee.
 Distribution of gate pass SET A and SET B.

 As a adviser na observe nako na ang atoang room init igang kaayo. Ang akoang plan is mag add ta ug 2 ka
ceiling fan.
 Gahapon nag canvass ko sa warehouse tag 1,900 x 2 = 3,800
 Ang drum pod sa atoang CR need pod nato irepair ang estimated budget is 1000 (materials and labor).
 Need pod ta ug shoe rack para sa mga shoes sa mga bata kay naga padala ko ug slippers para dili ma lapok
atoang room. Ang shoe rack is 665 (4 pcs.)
 1000 – Water System (materials and labor)
3,800 – ceiling fan
+ 665 – shoe rack

 Only HRPTA officers required to attend.
4. Students Performance
 Based sa akoang observation sa mga students ang uban sa ilaha mo answer/participate lang sila kung
kanus-a lang sila ganahan.
a. Attendance
 Always gina check ang attendance diri sa school.
 Also gina monitor pod ang submission sa module kay basis pod na siya sa attendance ug sap ag
compute sa grades sa student.
b. Lacking of pertinent documents
 Reminder pod sa mga forms (birth certificate, form 137) sa mga transferee.
5. School Policies on Students Discipline and Misbehavior
 Always remind your students to always bring and present the gate pass upon entry sa school
 Again Parents remind lang me sa mga sienna sa inyong students. Mga bawal:
