MONDAY:

BREAKFAST: oat, boiled egg, milk, honey, cashew nut and juice (orange+watermelon+carrot)

LUNCH: Boiled yam, fresh tomatoe fish vegetable source and juice (banana+turmeric+ginger)

DINNER: Baked bread and Juice (tigernut+coconut+date palm+whole milk)

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Cat fish vegetable pepper soup and smoothie (Banana datepalm +tigernut+avocado+cucumber)

LUNCH: Wheat +soup (oha soup+fish+beef+chicken+chevon) and Juice (pineapple+carrot+orange)

DINNER: Golden morn, milk, cashew nut, honey and Juice (tigernut+coconut+date palm+whole milk)

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Egg+tomatoe source with boiled Potatoe and juice (pawpaw)

LUNCH: Fried rice, chicken, salad plantain and juice (radish+turmeric+celery+watermelon)

DINNER: The soup of yesterday with plantain flour and Yoghurt

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Yam, beans, fish, vegetable,mutton and juice (orange+pineapple)


LUNCH: Corn flakes, cashew nut, honey, milk

DINNER: breakfast plus Juice (tigernut+coconut+date palm+whole milk)

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Tea,bread, egg, honey, cashew nut

LUNCH: Rice&stew,fish,chicken,mutton and Juice

DINNER: Lunch + Vegetable source + juice (tigernut+coconut+date palm+whole milk)

SATURDAY

BREAKFAST: Juice (lime+lemon+orange+pineapple)

LUNCH : Yam flour + egusi soup, chicken, mutton, fish and Smoothie

DINNER: Oat meal and cake with Juice (banana+tigernut+coconut+datepalm+wholemilk)

SUNDAY

BREAKFAST: Last night Juice

LUNCH: Jollof rice, salad, chicken and orange+pineapple juice

DINNER: JUICE banana+tigernut+coconut+datepalm+wholemilk)

Note: soup rotation: Okro,ogbonno etc
