Under the instructions of my client Sri : Thallapelly

Sandeep Kumar, S/o. Sathyam, Age: 31 years, Occ: Chiken
Center, R/o. Narsampet Village and Mandal in Warangal
district., I issue the following notice to you addressees:
1. It is informed by my client that you are wife of my
client and your marriage was solemnized with my client on
25-04-2015 at your addressee parent’s house as per cast
and custom prevailing in your community. Both are
issueless. That my client has discharging his usual
duties as a truthful husband and providing a comfortable
life to you with all amenities.

2) It is represented by my client states that ever since

the date of your marriage with my client, you are in
habituated to left the matrimonial house and used to go to
your parent’s house without any reasonable cause. After the
prolonged observations my client gently advised not to leave
the matrimonial house without reasonable cause, even then
you have not changed your attitude and repeat the same. That
more so, you used to harass my client both mentally and
physically and petty issues, since you are habituated to
lead luxurious life and used to harass my client to provide
the things as and when demanded by you, since my client had
expressed his inability for you such illegal demands and on
16-04-2017 you addressee delivered baby boy but he died on
same day due to ill- health. On that day you addressee went
to your parents home and you stayed at your parents house at
about 15 months, thereafter my client approached you along
with elders come to join conjugal society of my client, but
you addressee demanded shift the residence Narsampet to
Hyderabad. My client accepted your demand and both are went
to Hyderabad in the year 2019 my client mother suffering
with kidney problems When my client came to the parents
house and he doing treatment his mother till today.
3) That in the month March 2019 you have left the
matrimonial house and stayed at your parents house a
number of times my client has approached you along with
elders and requested to come along with my client to his
house. But, you did not heed his request, in spite of
repeated demands made by my client to rejoin with his
matrimonial company, but you paid deaf ear. Due to your
attitude my client is suffering mental agony. The very
attitude of you is not tenable, even though my client is
ready to lead marital life with you at his residence.

It is further informed by my client that my client is

having love and affection towards you and ready to take
back you to his conjugal society without creating any
problem

Therefore you are hereby called upon to come and join

with the society of my client within week days from the date
of receipt of this notice otherwise my client will initiate
to take appropriate legal action against you in the
competent Court of Law for which you will be held
responsible for all the costs and consequences of the
litigation thereon.
