A field trip to Aqua World
I am writing this letter to seek permission to organize a field trip to Aqua
World. The purpose of this trip is to gain more information about marine
life. We can use the information we got for our examination which is
around the corner.
2. The details of the trip are as below:
Day: Saturday
Date: 9 April 2022
Time: 11:00 am till 2.00pm
Firstly, we would like to know the habitat, food and all other
information about the marine life. We also want permission to take
photographs because we need to complete a folio. Then, we hope to get an
experienced tour guide who can explain to us about Aqua World. Next,
please permit us to have our lunch there. After that, please grant us to
have a Q and A session with an officer of Aqua World. Lastly, we would
like to buy some souvenirs. Hope the price will be reasonable and
affordable. I am sure we will have a whale of time there and it is a golden
opportunity for us.
3. Besides that, may I know what is the fee like? Is there any special rate
for students? Is there a special discount? In a nutshell, is the day we
suggested is convenient? Please reply as fast as possible, so that we can
make the necessary arrangements for the trip. I hope to get a green light

Time: 10.00 a.m.
Firstly, we would like to know the habitat, food and all other
information about the marine life. Besides, we also need permission to
take some photographs for making a scrapbook on the theme of school
trips. Next, we hope to get a professional tour guide who can explain
briefly to us about the exotic species there. We would also like to seek
permission to have our brunch there. We will be responsible of cleaning
the food waste. Apart from that, do you sell special tees for the students
and teachers. Hope the price doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. We would
also like to have a Q and A session with the experts of Aqua World.
3. Last but not least, may I know what is the entrance fee like? Is there
any special rate for students? Is there a special discount? Is the day we
suggested convenient? Please reply in a fortnight so that we can make
the necessary arrangements for the trip.
