ANSWER:

There were 10 books borrowed on Friday. This is based on the chart

which shows the bar was placed at the number 10 line.

B. What is the average number of books borrowed per day last week? What does
this value tell you? Why?

ANSWER:

The average number of books borrowed per day last week is 9. This
value means that out of the total of 45 books borrowed for five days, 9 books
were borrowed each day as the average for five days.

C. On what day is the greatest number of books borrowed? Why?

ANSWER:

The greatest number of books were borrowed on Thursday with 20 books.

This shows that many students went to the library to borrow books on the said
day as compared to the other days of the entire week.

D. Describe the number of books borrowed on a Tuesday. Why do you think so?

No books were borrowed on Tuesday. This is based on the chart which

shows the bar set at the zero line. This means that no students who went
to the library on that day borrowed a book.
