Project Title Software for Managing Expenses
Purpose The purpose of this project is to get
software developed for the
management of expenses.
Description I want to manage my expenses and
keep a record of those expenses.
Therefore, an external contractor will
develop software to meet my project
needs.
Objective The objective of this project will be to
develop software to help manage
expenses.
Success Criteria or Expected The Success Criteria of this software
Benefits will be the development of software
which will help in the recording of
Expenses and will allow the
categorization of expenses and create
detailed reports.
Funding The Funding will be used for getting an
external contractor or developer to write
the code for my software's
development.
Major Deliverables The Major Deliverable is Software.
Acceptance Criteria The Acceptance Criteria of this software
will be error-free software that will not
give any glitches in its usage.

Constraints The Three Constraints are:
Time: It needs to be developed and
complete all its milestones by the end of
November.
Scope: The software must be fulfilling
 the task for that it has been created.
Cost: The project needs to be
completed under the budget of $1000.
Major Risks Some of the Major Risks that can be
encountered in this project are:
1. Cost: There will be risk in cost as
it need to be kept under the
budget but there will be many
variables that will lead to
exceeding cost.
2. Legal Risk: There might be
some legal risks as the developer
can make use of code of other
application which will lead to
legal issues.
3. Operational Risks: After the
creation of the software, there
will be some operational risks as
there are chances that the
software might be
malfunctioning.
