Baldwin Training
Baldwin is pleased to offer Training and Maintenance Services to maximize our customer’s
working knowledge of all Baldwin products. Our Service Specialist will visit your facility at a
mutually agreed upon scheduled date and duration to best fit your needs. This Training and
Maintenance program is intended to enhance and improve on our customer’s efficiency and
system knowledge.

We offer training on all Baldwin, WPC, and AMS products where we can customize our visit for
your specific needs:

 LithoSpray
 Blanket cleaners Web
 Blanket cleaners Sheetfed
 WPC systems
o Close Loop Color Register (CLC+)
o Remote Ink Control
o Micro Track CCR
o Ribbon Controls
 UV/IR/LED curing systems (Baldwin/ AMS)
 Chilled water systems (DailyLiner, CombiLiner, BasicLiner, Vibra Pac, Chill Roll Pac, and
Filtration systems)
 Powder Sprayers

Our Service Specialist will:

1. On arrival meet with management to review specific Training needs and expectations
2. Overview of all Baldwin products on press
3. Focus our Training efforts on any specific area or system in need of special attention
4. Methodically review the system functions and operations
5. Review the system manuals, settings, and required PM’s
6. Q&A session with the press crew in review of the Training performed
7. Conduct an exit meeting with management in review of our training visit and its benefits

A 10% labor and travel time discount is offered (off standard rates), when scheduling 30 days in
advance and accompanied with this offer. A PO is required at the time you wish to confirm your
Training and Maintenance visit. Travel hours and expenses are in addition to the in-plant labor
hours. Total travel, labor, and expenses will be calculated at the completion of our visit.

We are happy to provide a customized estimate based on your specific Training and Maintenance
needs for any of your Baldwin systems. Simply request an estimate and any specific needs that
you might have when submitting this form.
