TSUBAKI’S LASER-EXPRESS CAPABILITIES
Our new state-of-the-art Laser-Express laser cutting machine is designed to
help you meet your customer’s toughest Made to Order requests. Located
at our Holyoke, MA manufacturing plant, U.S. Tsubaki now has increased
capabilities for providing better lead times and attacking complicated MTO
requests.

◦ Variety of complex bent attachments can be created
◦ Maximum flexibility to cut any plate and attachment contours
◦ Any size plate/attachment up to 2ft. by 8ft.
◦ Cutting thickness range:
◦ Carbon Steel 35-240H
◦ Stainless Steel 35-C2080H
• Improved Lead Time
◦ No special tooling required for MTO products
◦ Improve lead time by up to 4 weeks*

*Lead time improvement will vary depending on the complexity and size of the job.
