RECENT HEALTH CARE VISIT

I had recently experienced a visit to a hospital; in India for my regular check up and to say I had
a bad experience as in India government hospital provide a free check up for people and they
often charge very less for the medicine that are very costly at the medical store. But due to these
services there are a lot of people to get checked up and a huge crowd wait for their chance. The
process of this goes like first you have to get a slip from the reception mentioning our age,
gender and cause to see the doctor then you have to go to a physician and then he orders some
test if he feels like that you need, since I wanted a series of 6 tests to get my medical certificate
to he wrote all the 6 different test and asked me to come back as he see the results and then sign
the certificate. So it takes a lot of time to go through these two process and it almost took me half
a day to do these two things then again I had to go to the reception to get my other slips for
different test so the line was very long the receptionist was also very rude as she was hurrying
things and shouted many times as people won’t get what she was asking. Then by the that time it
was already around 3 in the afternoon and then I had to wait for different tests also as there was
huge line if front of every ward so that day I only had my one test and next day I had to go again.
Next day also it took me from morning till evening to get my entire sets of test done then you
had to normally wait for 3 days for your report.

My experience with the medical practioner who was taking blood for my blood test was not good
as it was difficult for her to find my vein so she inserted the syringe at multiple places and it was
painful and time consuming also she didn’t listen to me and my father as we were telling her the
place from where I usually get my blood out and rudely answered that she knows her job. Also
ward boys and nurse were not very attended of the samples, they just tell people to place at a
station where they would collect and not even bother to register the details that who has already
submitted there’s. when I went to collect my report then too I had to wait for hours as they
couldn’t find my reports there were supposed to be 6 reports but they could only provide me 4
and then for time sake I did those tests from private hospital, but when I went to the doctor who
has my certificate he refused saying that the test reports were from different places so he won’t
sign it. The doctor was pretty professional but also a bit rude as he shouted at me from not
knowing this.
