 Campaign Intern – Student Position

 Job Description:
The Campaign Management work at the intersection of Client Success and Technical
Advancement, requiring that we balance technical and soft skills to successfully run
campaigns for our clients and achieve their goals. We work closely with our Sales (on
Pilots) and Client Success teams as well as providing feedback to our Product and
Algorithm teams to continuously drive strong performance and advancements.
 Primary Responsibilities
- Entering data into our systems and working with different departments
- Utilize basic excel to identify any discrepancies
- Perform ad hoc operations tasks as needed
- Manage daily customers' requests
 Requirements:
- Excellent English
- 2nd or 3rd student in Industrial Engineering 
- Worksites – 2 days from the office
- Ability to work at least 3 workdays per week, including evening and weekend
shifts from time to time.
 Skills:
- Passion for solving customer issues in a fast-paced environment
- Basic SQL, with experience in querying large and complex data sets
- Excel skills and statistical data analysis skills, including A/B testing and hypothesis
testing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment
- Ability to process and analyze complex data sets, and interpret them to make
business decisions, Detailed Oriented
- Multi-Tasking

Scope of work

 Regular real-time control of the campaign.


 Updating the client on jobs that exceeded the budget set.
 Identifying "Spikes" in different campaigns, that is, jobs received a lot of clicks, but no
job requests were submitted to them, it's bad.
 Regular updates to campaign managers about campaigns that exceeded the budget
and vice versa.
 Association with campaigns that do not belong to the Campaign Manager.
 Answering cases in Sales Force.
 Tracking the rate of waste in the campaign evenly throughout the entire campaign
cycle that lasts 30 days.
 Providing recommendations to the campaign manager on optimization methods for
certain campaigns.
 Campaign Strategy aligned to clients goal
 Analysis of campaign performance
 Partner with CSM on campaign performance

KPI’S
• Compliance with the waste amount of each campaign - at least 90% of the total
amount
• Not to exceed a client CPA
• achieve high CVR
