compressor .At high operating temperatures, Air humidity may cause the oil to mix with water .Dust is another
common contaminant of oil. Both water & dust will cause a quicker oxidation of parts, faster oil aging & increased

 Atlas Copco Warranty for Repaired Equipment

This Warranty warrants equipment repaired by Atlas Copco, hereinafter called Atlas Copco, to be free
from defects in workmanship and parts, provided the equipment is under normal use and service. It is
only applicable to repaired components and exchanged parts according to invoice and work order. The
Warranty does not cover the secondary damage, nor failure caused by abuse or lack of maintenance.

This Warranty is valid to the extent of THREE months from the date of final repair of the equipment.
The Warranty is only valid if the invoice of the repair is settled as per agreement with Atlas Copco.

This Warranty does not extend to consumable spare parts sold without service such as, but not restricted
to, oil, filters, hoses, belts, couplings, clamps, etc.

This Warranty does not cover traveling expenses and daily allowance of service staff who carry out
repairs at the purchaser premises or work site, nor cost of transportation of damaged parts or machinery to
or from Atlas Copco Service Dept.

This Warranty shall not apply, if any claim is not notified to ATLAS COPO in writing within two days
from the date of defect or failure.

ATLAS COPO makes no Warranty of merchantability of fitness for purpose. The above Warranty
constitutes the exclusive remedies hereunder. In no event shall ATLAS COPO be liable for any
consequential, special or other damages.
This Warranty is not negotiable or transferable to any subsequent purchasers save for the original
purchaser.

The decision of ATLAS COPCO in respect of any matter stated herein under this Warranty shall be
conclusive and final.
