Dear Madam Samantela:

This is to inform your office that the Balogo High School, Oas South District, has been conducting the
In-person (Face-to-Face) classes since May 30,2022 as approved.

In view of this, may we request permission to hold our School Year End Rites: Moving Up, scheduled at
8:00 in the morning and Graduation at 1:00 in the afternoon respectively on June 29, 2022 via In-
Person.

In addition, Madam ROSARIO O. SARET, Public Schools District Supervisor( PSDS )of Oas South will
confirm our Completers and Graduates respectively as our SDO Representative.

This will surely be a historic and significant moment and occasion for all of us after two(2) years of
Virtual celebrations due to emerging Covid-19 virus. Rest assured that all minimum health standards
and protocol shall be observed and practiced during this on-site celebration.
