PART 1 (PRACTICAL EXAM)
1ST OPTION
Make your own Zumba dance routine video. Accommodating the phases of exercise from warm
up to cool down. With a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 3 minutes only. The deadline
for your video presentation will be on November 9, 2022, until 5 pm ONLY, don’t forget to post
it and tag me on Facebook and use the hashtag #It’s fun, it’s fitness It’s ZUMBA for its IWAS
COVID-19 (optional only) or send it to your class president.

NOTE:

You can choose your own song choice with a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 3
minutes.
You can choose any of the following presentations:
Solo, by pair, or by group (5-15 members/the whole class)

Judging shall be based on the following criteria:

Passion, Stamina, Power and Energy 30%

Appropriateness of ZUMBA Dance Moves/Routines 20%

ZUMBA Dance Music with adherence to the theme:

“It’s fun, It’s fitness It’s ZUMBA for its IWAS COVID 19”

Overall Presentation 20%

Creativity of the Costume 10%

100- 95 100 POINTS 79-75 80 POINTS

94-90 95 POINTS 74-70 75 POINTS

89-85 90 POINTS 69-65 70 POINTS
84-80 85 POINTS 64 below 60 POINTS
2nd OPTION 100 points
1. Think of workout to perform
(you can choose any from the example below or you can make one of your workouts)

1. Planking
2. Leg lifting
3. Squats
4. Push-up
5. Curl-up

2. Take a CREATIVE picture or IF KAYA make a video out of it.

3. Make a quote then relate it to COVID-19 while doing the different workouts.
Be the source of INSPIRATION.
4. Proper attire is a must!

fitness It’s Workout for it’s IWACOVID-19 (Optional only), or submit it to your
class President.

Make a reflection on your experiences during your Senior High School (G11) PE subject for this
quarter thru TikTok (100 points)
