DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this DEED is executed by and between:

BBBBBBBBBB, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Jucutan St., San Fernando
City, La Union, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR, and

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, also of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Santiago Norte,
San Fernando City, La Union, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE,

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is a lessee at Bacnotan Public Market Commercial Complex more
particularly Stall No. 37, thirty two (32) square meters, Section _________;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to assign all his rights, title and interest over the above
stall, as referred in said Contract of Lease between him and the Municipality of Bacnotan, La Union;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNEE hereby intends to have such right or interest over the stall in his name;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the ASSIGNOR hereby
assigns, transfers and conveys unto said ASSIGNEE, all his rights, title and interest to the aforementioned
stall unto the ASSIGNEE, and ASSIGNEE by these presents accepts and assignment and agrees to be
bound by the terms and conditions as provided in the Contract of Lease and the rules and regulations,
and restrictions pertaining to the said stall;
