CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

Background

Vocational High School (SMK) will help and provide

mature provision for students to support success in the world

business or industry. With this internship, of course, students will get

a hands-on experience of the industrial world. Students are also expected

to write the results of the internship in the form of a report.

Purpose and objectives

There is a purpose and purpose for this internship activity. Here's what you can

explained:

1. Produce quality Human Resources (HR). From the point of view

knowledge, skills and work ethic that are in accordance with the demands

jobs.

2. Strengthen and strengthen the relationship between the school and the world

work.

District Education and Culture Office. Flatland

History Established the District Education and Culture Office. Flatland

The Tanah Datar Regency Education and Culture Office was inaugurated on

dated October 18, 1993 by KAKANWIL, Depdikbud, West Sumatra Province.

The development of the education sector in Tanah Datar Regency begins with

This Education Profile Book is compiled based on the contents of the Book instrument

District/City Education Profile, which presents data for 2014/2015.

The profile consists of data and indicators, two types of data, namely non-educational data

education and two types of indicators, non-educational and educational indicators.

Educational data presented in the education profile book can be viewed

use it as input to determine the educational performance of young children

early childhood, primary and secondary education. Performance at every level

education is expected to be able to identify problems with equity and

expansion of access, quality and relevance and governance of education so that all

Non-educational data discusses 4 things, namely:

• Government Administration and Demographics

• Population Education Level including Intelligence Level

In the internship activities that we have done for 4 months from the 28th

March 2022 to July 28, 2022 at the district education and culture office

How Prakerin Works in Related Agencies

1. Photocopy of letter/print

That is doubling the letter or increasing the number of letters by using

photocopy machine. In this activity, expertise is required to avoid mistakes.

authorized on a photocopy, the stamp is located on the top right or

blank sheet.

That is a process where text or numbers are entered on the device

such as: computers, laptops.


4. Schedule incoming and outgoing letters

All letters received by a company or organization that

from other parties, both individuals and companies/organizations.

5. Make a transfer letter

That is, moving comes is used as the basis for the recording process in the data

issuance of KK or KTP

CLOSING

4.1

Conclusion

Industrial work practice activities (prakerin) are very important activities

useful for students and can get to know more about how to work

according to the expertise of each student. So that students can see the picture

regarding future activities, and students know the standard

competition that will be used as job opportunities and job opportunities.

The purpose of prakerin (industrial work practice) is to add insight

wide area for students, especially in the field where it is also a place

what has been obtained so far is mainly knowledge about various archives

available.

Industrial work practices have been carried out well with the program
