Dear Suresh,

You heard from your mom that I was met with an accident, yes it is true. I was running an errand to
help my mother and suddenly got caught by a poorly-maintained road. I was riding a bicycle and
didn’t realize the bad pavement and got into a crash. Luckily there was a young guy there and he
help me to hospital immediately. After going to the hospital, I got admitted immediately due to soft
tissues injuries by which I got from my sprained legs.

Thank you for your concern for asking about me. I was having trouble to walk and keep having
severe headache last week but now it is getting better which I am able to walk but I can only do it
slowly. I can say I am having a speedy recovery thanks to everyone’s wishes for me.

It is true that I want to attend the English workshop very badly but I couldn’t since I was caught in
the accident. I was very looking forward to attend but never mind, luck is not for me this time. The
doctor who was in charge for my recovery said that I should not do lots of heavy exercises as my legs
might not handle it. Besides that, he said that I should take care of my meals, and it is better it they
are home-cooked. Lastly, the doctor said that I should not lie down for 5 hours straight or I might
have aches on my legs.

Thank you, I appreciate your efforts for helping me. I will ask my mom to take the handouts from
your house later so that I can use it to study for school. I’m sorry if it is a burden for you, but thank
you again for helping me catching up with the workshop.

I will follow your advice and take a good rest so that I can be better soon. It is great that there is
another English workshop and I hope I will not missed this one. Do you want to join the English
workshop with me later? I hope I go there together with you.
