What are Your Bad Habits?

Some habits are objectively bad, e.g., smoking kills you. Other habits like “sleeping in” depend on context, like if it’s
making you late for work. And still other habits aren’t really either good or bad, it’s just personal preference.

1. Write down all your Bad habits. You can use the list at the end of this document.
2. Chose the ONE habit that is impacting your life the most in a negative way to apply what you learn in next
activities of the course
3. Mention the habit you pick in Q&A section and find other students who meet the same problems, we will need
that in accountability partners activity later in this course
