• Training staff for the new setup & ecosystem.

• Customer satisfaction.
• Achieving revenue
• Improving customer and ease of ordering from table
3. Findings:
• 80% customers found it effective by using tablets which improved order times.
• 20 percent of customers found it bit new & difficult to use tablets.
• 10% of customers insisted to use Menu to order food.
• 3% of customers found issues with software/bugs/user experience (UI/UX) issues.

• To improvise ordering & software experience.
• To install more tablets to other locations
• To fix bugs and improve the ordering experience.
