    This project is worth 100 points. It will count for twelve percent of your course grade.
    This project will help familiarize you with psychological research methods. Imagine that Professor Liu
    wants to test how spending time with children affects a person’s attitude about having children. The
    professor randomly chooses a sample and randomly assigns participants to two groups. Group 1
    spends five hours a day with a group of children for a week. Group 2 spends one hour a day with the
    same group of children for a week. At the end of the week, Professor Liu measures the attitudes of
    the participants with a survey.

    Project Instructions
    Using your knowledge of psychological research, write a two-to-four page (600–1200 word) paper in
    which you answer the following questions. Your paper will be worth 100 points. Papers should be
    typed, double-spaced, and free from errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
