Friday, August 26, 2011 Galaway Creek Golf Course, Henderson, Nebraska Dear Friend, The 2nd Annual Henderson Health Care Foundation Golf Tournament will raise funds for projects within Henderson Health Care Services, Inc. that help to improve the medical care available to Henderson, Sutton and the surrounding communities. This year the tournament will be used to purchase a new patient exam table and equipment for the Henderson Health Care Services clinic. We hope that you will consider bringing a team or sponsoring the event to help us meet our goal. You can also contribute by making a donation or giving a flag prizes. Galaway Creek Golf Course is a nine hole course with sporting grass greens and watered fairways that cover just over 2,600 yards. The tournament will start at 12:00 Noon with lunch provided during registration at 11 a.m. There will be flag prizes and flight awards during the tournament. We hope you can join us for a good time as we raise money for a great facility. About The Tournament Format The tournament will be run as a four person scramble. It is open to men and women of all ages and skill. Team entry includes lunch, carts and range balls. Registration starts at 11:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 12:00 Noon. Prizes There will be prizes awarded in each flight, a $500 hole-in-one prize and flag prizes. entry There are lots of ways to be part of the 2nd Annual Henderson Health Care Foundation Golf Tournament. The deadline to enter by mail is August 19, 2011.
