To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Natalie Micoff, and I am pleased to offer my recommendation of Kelly Stone
for any RN position that you may have available now or in the future.

I had the pleasure of being Kelly’s Director of Nursing for over 2 years and she left an
impression on me that will be hard to exceed. During my supervision of Kelly, I
experienced a highly motivated, hard-working individual who consistently arrived on
time and showed great dedication and passion towards her patients. Kelly is driven! She
consistently strives to learn more and expand her skills. Kelly is smart. She is a team
leader. As my only LPN on staff, Kelly should have been looking to the RNs for
guidance and mentorship, but in fact, it was the other way around. The RNs would call
Kelly to ask her for her opinion on wound care, symptom management, plan of care
recommendations, and anything else of which they were unsure. She was our expert
documentation specialist. Kelly documented better than anyone else on staff and knew
where to document everything. She is an amazing team communicator and was always
an active participant in our IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) meetings. Even the
accreditation surveyor made a note about how well Kelly was witnessed communicating
with the other disciplines and team members.

Kelly never refused a job or a visit. If a patient needed a Home Health Aide visit and
nobody else could do it, she would jump right in and go. Nothing was beneath her. The
patients’ needs always came first over title and acknowledgment. Out of all our staff,
Kelly was by far the most requested and complimented. Her dedication and compassion
for her patients always shined through. They were confident that she genuinely cared
and that she was not just there to check a job off of her list.
If I could have brought Kelly with me to my new company, I would have in a heartbeat.
Any team would be extremely lucky to have her. I strongly believe that Kelly will be a

terrific addition to your company and will exceed expectations in her role as a
Registered Nurse.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you should require any additional information.

Sincerely,

Natalie Micoff, BSN, RN
