A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING HONORABLE FERDINAND ALEXANDER

THE FIRST DISTRICT OF ILOCOS NORTE, FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE
AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P3,400,000.00)
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE COVERED COURT IN DANAO ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL, BARANGAY #31 DAGUPAN, VINTAR, ILOCOS NORTE.
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Vintar, since years ago, up to present, has produced
exceptional students in the forefront of various educational, leadership and cultural competitions,
both in local and national levels excelling over their counterparts not only because of their
talents and skills, but more particularly, the effective learning and assimilation of knowledge
imparted them by their competent and gifted teachers;
WHEREAS, Danao Elementary School is located about forty-three (43) kilometers from
the población and uses its school ground as students’ center, venue for school programs, sports
events and other activities;
WHEREAS, the construction of a roofing structure is needed to shield the students and
teachers from the scorching heat of the sun in the summer and pelting rains during the monsoon
season while communal activities or programs are being held;
WHEREAS, Danao Elementary School and the municipal government are not
financially capable to shoulder the construction of a covered court; hence, this earnest request to
the Honorable Ferdinand Alexander A. Marcos III, Senior Deputy Majority Leader and
Representative of the First District of Ilocos Norte;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to earnestly request Honorable Ferdinand
Alexander A. Marcos III, Senior Deputy Majority Leader and Representative of the First District
of Ilocos Norte, for financial assistance in the amount of Three Million Four Hundred Thousand
Pesos (P3,400,000.00) for the construction of the covered court in Danao Elementary School,
Barangay #31 Dagupan, Vintar, Ilocos Norte.

both in local and national levels excelling over their counterparts not only because of their
talents and skills, but more particularly, the effective learning and assimilation of knowledge
imparted them by their competent and gifted teachers;
WHEREAS, Isic-Isic National High School is located about fifty -eight (58) kilometers
from the población and uses its school ground as students’ center, venue for school programs,
sports events and other activities;
WHEREAS, the construction of a roofing structure is needed to shield the students and
teachers from the scorching heat of the sun in the summer and pelting rains during the monsoon
season while communal activities or programs are being held;

financially capable to shoulder the construction of a covered court; hence, this earnest request to
