Accused and his family that are withdrawing the services of the
undersigned for the Accused for financial reasons. They have intimated
that they will obtain counsel from the Public Attorney’s Office.

Based thereon, the undersigned counsel is constrained to submit this

Withdrawal of Appearance with the conformity of the Accused at the
space indicated hereinbelow.

WHEREFORE, the above-premises considered, it is prayed that
