Technical and admin personnel shall be made available 24/7 to effectively assist the lawyers. ‘The MCLE Online Provider can also train one or more ofthe technical personnel of NBI on how to navigate/surf troubleshoot our platform so that NBI Lawyers can have their own techaical personnel readily available to assist them in seamlessly accessing and navigating the platform. ‘The MCLE Online Provider shall shoulder the payment to the MCLE Committee of the Supreme Court the required accreditation fees and to pay Manila Law College theaffliation fees mandated by Bar Matter No. 850 of the Supreme Court Lastly, the MCLE Online Provider undertakes 10 process, facilitate, secure and deliver ‘electronically, on behalf ofthe NBI lawyers their respective Certificates of Compliance from the MCLE Office and to facilitateprocess the payment of Non-Compliance Fees, should there bbe any. The MCLE Online Provider may, likewise, be requested to verify the status of compliance of any of the lawyers of NBI from the MCLE Office.
