ORDER

Before this Court is a Motion praying to set the case for an earlier date for
Hearing on October 5, 2022 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

The motion states that in Criminal Case No. 000000 for violation of Sec.5
of RA 9165, there has been a typographical error in the net weight of the alleged
shabu confiscated as it has been stated in the information that the net weight was
1.2127 grams instead of 0.2127 grams which is found in the Chemistry Report
submitted and marked as Exhibit “D”. In view thereof, the accused would like to
enter into a plea-bargaining agreement with the prosecution and prayed for an
earlier hearing date.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the said motion is granted.

Accordingly, let this case be called for the initial trial on October 5, 2022 at 2:00
o’clock in the afternoon.
