Success Criteria:
Can define and explain the four physical activity domains and provide examples of each.

the Australian Physical Activity and Sedentary Guidelines.

focus on respiratory rate.
Success Criteria:

Exercise is a great way to lift mood and relieve some symptoms of depression.
Research suggests that regular exercise may increase the level of brain serotonin. Exercise
can also increase the level of endorphins in the brain which have ‘mood-lifting’ properties.
