In this document, you will find complete instructions and requirements for Celina Computer
Services Pvt Ltd to set up an office space of 3500sq.ft with 50 Client computers with high speed
wireless network .The project will provide internet browsing and multimedia training services to
2000 plus local college students. We are a year old startup company specialized in providing
computer and multimedia services for college going students. We have 50 employees working for
our main office located at RM nagar, Bangalore. After a successful year operations, we have
decided to extend our presence into this arena with the current project at KR Puram.

Bid Requirements:

Scope of Services Description

 Require 50 Black color Desktop Computers from any computer manufacturer (Such as Dell,
HP, Acer, Gateway) with Height between 37.79cm (14.9") – 40.12 cm (16.23"), Width
10.6cm (4.2") – 12.06 (5.5"), Depth 43.31cm (17.01") – 48.15 (17.01"), Weight Starting at
7.3kg (16.1lb) – 8.473kg (18.52lb)

 Complete 3 year’s onsite service warranty with parts by the manufacturer is expected, along
with a coverage of accidental damages. The charges of initial shipping of the systems and
the service parts for repairs should cover in one single warranty coverage.

 Complete 3years Internet Security and virus protection software along with malware
protection is preferred

 Operating system, Microsoft Genuine Windows -7 professional software is preferred along

with OS mirror back-up on the c: drive for accidental software crashes
 Require 108.11b/g N draft Wireless router with a full configuration of all client systems in a
network along with setting up wireless security.

Fixed Fee Bid

The proposal we are requesting to be an all inclusive bid amount based on the above systems
specifications, monitor and wireless router with full network configuration

Client & Contracting

Celina computer Services is the client which will directly contract with the manufacturer for all the
systems. And also, contract with you for all network support in the event that your firm is the
successful bidder.

Bid Due Date

We request that you respond to this bid invitation on or before September 3, 2010 at 12:00pm CST.
This response should be delivered to Celina computer services at 231-2-5 GM Layout RM Nagar,
Bangalore 560016 to the attention of Ramana Seerapu.
Your bid should include the following:
1. The comparison of system configurations from different manufacturers
2. Contractual language from your company and from the manufacturer

Celina Computer Services reserves the right to reject the bid or award the bid at the intended time of
acceptance. Your bid price should be locked for a 30 day period from the date of the bid. The
selection of the bid will be based on the effectiveness of the system configuration with upgraded
technology, quicker deployment, price and overall quality of the proposal.
