ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY: I was involved in every discussion as a associate consultant along with my senior consultant
I have performed every activity like document preparation (business blueprint) , testing document I have done
configuration(AP,AR,GL, Basic setting ,Dunning, Tax procedure, withholding tax, APP etc.) I was involved in user
training under super vision of my senior consultant

ABOUT YOUR CLIENT:

ABOUT BUSINESS PROCESS: It is a manufacturing organization so P2P process,O2C process are quite prevalent apart
from that normal AP,AR,GL assets accounting(assets sale,scrapping,depreciation),cash related activity are perform
these are the activity are performed by user on regular basis

INTRODUCTION OF SUPPORT PROJECTA: After implementation, whatever activities like error related, maintenance
related or development related activities these activities come under support project and it’s a
continuous process
ABOUT YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
SUPPORT

WORK ORDER TEAM: Handle configuration & development related activity
1. ABOUT WORK ORDER TEAM?
ANS: It is related to configuration & development related activity

2. WORK ORDER TOOL?


ANS: there is a tool called sales force.

3. SLA OR TAT?
ANS:SLA(Service level agreement),TAT(Turn around time):- almost One month
From 1st to 10th------------last date will be -----------Last Friday of the month/ last date of the month
From 11th to 31th---------last date will be------------last Friday of next month/ last date of the next month
NOTE: What ever we release from Develop Serv. To Production Serv. on month end that is called MEGA RELEASE

4. WEEKLY STATUS REVIEW MEETING?


Client is having List of all WORK ORDER he/she will ask the status of all work order & i wll update the status of
the work order whether it is under configuration phase or development phase or testing phase or
investigation phase (when we didn’t look at work order)etc.

WORK PROCEDURE: Client simply use certain tool and fill the form for related requirement and once client fill the form
then automatically mail is send to project manager/project coordinator and then project coordinator will assign that
work to different-2 consultant and send mail and attach work order number simply i wll copy that work order number
and login to sales force. After that i wll paste that work order in search box and find the exact work order

CLIENT SIDE: There is a requester who will take approvals from Process owner/ project manager from client side and
then they are going to raise the request.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Requirement collection on the specified work order
ANS: Clients give us lots or work order and for that for order some times it happened that client is not given
proper details. Some details are missing in that case we contact the requester and ask for the information.( for
example client tell us to setup a new payment terms and language should be in German and what ever
character he specified that is out of character limit.) same like they tell us for creation of new GL and forget to
give sort key.
2. Documentation done based on the collected information on work order
ANS: When ever we received any configuration /development related request from client then we need to
prepare a configuration document/ Functional specification document that is called solution document
3. Obtaining Approval followed with the process head for development or Configuration.
ANS: Suppose if we received any work order related to Validation or substitution or Development related
configuration then i wll create a solution document and send to project manager of client site then if any
changes is need then they will tell otherwise they will approved then i wll do the configuration.
4. Assign the requirement to development team (if requirement is relevant to development)
ANS: Once we received the work order then i wll create a solution document (functional specification ) and
send to project manager of client site for the approval. & once we received the approval then i wll write a mail
to head of technical team along with approval.
5. Do the required configuration( if requirement is relevant to configuration)
ANS: What ever the requirement from client side simply i wll do the configuration and testing also
6. Coordination with the development team on given work order
ANS: What ever we give development related configuration to the Technical team on time to time i wll ask the
status of that development
7. Perform Testing in Z02(UT client) before giving confirmation to client.
ANS: i wll do the configuration testing on quality server
8. Perform Integration testing
ANS: suppose if client give a work order where dependency with other module in that case i wll inform the
particular consultant that in your side these configuration need to be done and once configuration is done by
both consultant then i wll do the integration test that whether everything is working fine or not
9. Prepare Test Data for every work order and share the test result with business.
ANS: After Testing i wll prepare a test configuration document. And share with the client in sales force
10. Provide user instruction in case of query.
ANS: Suppose if user want to know use of any particular field in that case i wll tell me details about particular
field and impact of that field.
11. User Training (if required)
ANS: if any training is required to any particular user then in that case i wll give him basic training
12. UAT and coordination with the business for signoff and transporting change request to production server
ANS: after all configuration and testing I will inform to client that please test the configuration whether it is
working or not if he say yes it is working fine then we will take that mail as a signoff of that particular work
order
13. Update the status of every work order to xxxxxx(your project manager) coordinator during internal team
meeting
ANS: simply before having meeting with client site we have a internal meeting also in that internal meeting
we will discuss about our all work order request and update status to project manager
14. Update the status of every work order to xxxxx Coordinator during status review meeting on every Friday
ANS: meeting with client and update all the work order status
